Tissue-based Breast Reconstruction

The most natural way to undergo breast reconstruction is to use your body’s own tissue, and move it from one area to another to create a new breast. This approach has many strengths, including the quality, reliability, and longevity of the result, as well as improved contour and appearance at the site from where the tissue was collected. We specialize in tissue-based reconstruction and are able to create a tailored breast reconstruction plan that best meets your goals.

Implant-Based Reconstruction

Implant-based reconstruction is a surgical procedure aimed at restoring the shape, size, and symmetry of the breasts following a mastectomy or other breast-related surgeries. This technique involves the placement of silicone or saline implants to recreate the natural contours of the breasts. This innovative approach harnesses the advancements in surgical techniques and medical technology to provide a customizable solution tailored to each patient’s unique needs and aspirations.

Hybrid Breast Reconstruction

Hybrid breast reconstruction combines elements of both flap and implant-based techniques to achieve optimal results. This approach often utilizes a combination of tissue from the patient’s body and breast implants to reconstruct the breast, offering the benefits of both methods.

Fortunately, we are able to offer revision of prior breast reconstruction, regardless of what form you initially underwent, and regardless of how long it has been since the initial reconstruction.
